All returns must be received within twelve (12) months of purchase and product must still be available. Out of print product is non-returnable.

Returns are credited at the same discount it was purchased. Where a return consists of product purchased at multiple discounts, the highest discount will be used.

If a product was purchased at a discount of 75% or greater, it is non-returnable.
